Our new website launched back in May 2022 and this included a system migration, so we had to transfer your customer data from one system to another. Since the migration, the new system is not able to recognise you when you try to log in at first, but please don't worry, we can easily link your existing account to our new system!
You can either click 'Create Account' using the same email address that you used to sign up and then follow the steps create a new password. Technically speaking, you're not actually creating a new account, but following these steps will connect your account to our new system.

All you need to do is go through the activation process and once you're done, your order history and perks balance should be there waiting for you 😊
