My order was shipped by Royal Mail but I have not received it? (UK orders)

📭 Items sent on the Royal Mail 48 service do usually arrive within 3 working days. However, on rare occasions, it can take up to 10 working days if there are delays within the postal network. Despite this being completely outside our control, we understand that through experience, delayed deliveries do usually turn up after a couple of days.

Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days have passed since it was shipped. Please let us know if you still haven't received your order after 10 working days and we'd be happy to assist further.
